Brief: following a £2.65M investment translate goals into sales strategy, build sales operations and scale the team, providing hands-on sales leadership.

 

Deliverables: translated goals into four sales objectives, redefined roles to fit new initiatives, created prioritized territories, built sales operations, implemented Salesforce, doubled the sales team and hired a sales manager.

Brief: VP Sales (full-time, 6 months)

 

Deliverables: prepared the commercial team for scaling up, translated a 300% growth target into priority initiatives and OKRs, redefined roles & workflows, and grew 3 teams (sales, account management and implementation) from 6 to 12.

Brief: Sales Director (full-time, 4 months)

 

Deliverables: prepared the team for growth following a $10M investment, restructured sales team, improved tracking & forecasting processes, doubled the sales team. Additionally, prepared an expansion plan for a 6-month stretch goal.

Head of Sales, reporting to the COO / Co-Founder. 

 

Wide Learning was a pioneer of e-learning, 10 years ahead of it's time!  The London startup of 7 people grew to 170+ over 3 years, raising £17M of investment.  I was the first sales hire; responsible for building the sales team, developing the sales plan, training and managing the sales teams as we scaled.
